QPSI Structural Engineer

What you'll be doing:
Lead QPSI-related inspections and filings as the internal technical authority
Oversee façade and structural assessments under Local Law 11
Review, stamp, and sign off on reports, drawings, and repair recommendations
Coordinate with building owners, contractors, and internal project teams
Reduce reliance on external QPSI consultants by building internal expertise
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers
Conduct site visits, inspections, and condition assessments across NYC
What we're looking for:
10+ years of structural engineering experience in NYC
Active New York PE license required - QPSI certification preferred
Experience with Local Law 11 / FISP inspections
Strong background in façade assessments, structural repairs, and remediation
Comfortable as a technical authority and client-facing lead
Strong written communication skills for reports and regulatory submissions
