What you'll be doing:
Manage project scope, deliverables, and timelines across multiple active jobs
Lead coordination with clients, consultants, and internal teams
Monitor progress and adjust schedules and resources as needed
Mentor emerging professionals and contribute to a healthy, supportive team environment
Track budgets, hours, and billing requirements
Oversee QA/QC coordination and submittal processes
Attend project meetings, capture client goals, and support design documentation
Contribute to design development and ensure documentation meets code requirements
What we're looking for:
5-8 years of professional experience in a design or project management role
Proven ability to lead teams and projects from start to finish
Strong communication and client relationship skills
Ability to balance design vision with project performance and delivery
Familiarity with local codes and jurisdictional requirements
A collaborative mindset and commitment to mentoring others
Working toward or holding a relevant professional certification or accreditation
