What you'll be doing:
Oversee ground-up construction projects across the NOVA region
Coordinate daily activities with various subcontractors on-site
Lead or support owner walkthroughs and site inspections
Assist the superintendent with scheduling, logistics, and issue resolution
Champion safety culture and ensure jobsite compliance
Support overall project delivery, documentation, and training initiatives
What we're looking for:
3+ years of construction experience, ideally on large scale base-build or mission critical projects
Familiarity with MEP systems
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities
Experience supporting superintendents on projects valued at $100M+
Proactive and detail-oriented, with a hands-on approach to jobsite operations
