A bit about you:
2-4 years minimum as an Assistant Project Manager with a commercial general contractor, ideally having stayed with one company
Experience on projects with commercial project values between $5M-$30M+
Strong computer skills, proficient with software like Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and Procore
Clear understanding of documentation processes between owners, architects, and contractors
Ability to read and understand construction documents, including project plans, specifications, and shop drawings
A bit about tasks:
Assist with developing and managing project plans and schedules, monitoring progress, and adjusting as needed
Assist with creating and overseeing project budgets, controlling costs, and managing financial risks
Work with the Project Manager to act as the primary client contact and lead project teams to ensure clear communication
Enforce quality standards, manage risks, and monitor safety practices and compliance
Maintain project records and manage procurement and supply chains
