Assistant Project Manager

What you'll be doing:
• Supporting the development and management of project schedules and adjusting timelines as needed
• Assisting with project budgets, tracking costs, and helping manage financial risks
• Serving as a key point of contact for clients and internal teams
• Enforcing quality standards, safety practices, and site compliance
• Handling project documentation, procurement, and supply chain coordination
What we're looking for:
• 2 to 4 years of experience as an Assistant Project Manager with a commercial GC
• Experience working on projects in the $5M to $30M range
• Strong technical skills across Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and Procore
• Clear understanding of the documentation process between owners, architects, and contractors
• Able to read and interpret plans, specs, and shop drawings
• Steady job history preferred
