What you'll be doing:
Assist with developing and managing project plans and schedules, adjusting as needed to ensure smooth progress
Help with creating and overseeing project budgets, controlling costs, and managing financial risks
Work with the Project Manager to act as the primary client contact, ensuring clear communication with project teams
Enforce quality standards, manage risks, and monitor safety practices to ensure compliance
Maintain project records, manage procurement, and oversee supply chains to ensure timely project delivery
What we're looking for:
2-4 years minimum as an Assistant Project Manager with a commercial general contractor, ideally with one company
Experience on projects with commercial project values ranging from $5m to $30m+
Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and Procore
Clear understanding of the documentation processes between owner, architect, and contractor
Ability to read and understand construction documents, including project plans, specifications, and shop drawings
