What you'll be doing:


  • Assist in project planning, scheduling, and execution to ensure projects remain on or ahead of schedule

  • Support project documentation, RFI submissions, and subcontractor management

  • Coordinate with field teams to address issues and maintain quality standards

  • Track project budgets and help identify cost-saving opportunities

  • Foster positive relationships with clients and partners to ensure smooth project delivery


What we're looking for:


  • 1-3 years of construction experience, preferably in base building for large commercial or mission-critical projects

  • Proven experience managing project timelines, budgets, and communications
