Architectural Project Manager
About the company:
We are working with an established architecture practice that works across healthcare and data center projects. They are looking for an Architectural Project Manager to join the team. The practice values collaboration, technical skill, and practical problem solving, and this role is key to keeping projects running smoothly from design through construction.
What you'll be doing:
Manage project schedules, budgets, and internal deliverables
Coordinate closely with structural, MEP, civil, and specialty consultants
Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle
Oversee the quality and coordination of construction documents
Provide construction administration support, including RFIs, submittals, and site visits
Guide and mentor junior team members
What we're looking for:
Background in data centers and or healthcare projects
Professional degree in Architecture, BArch or MArch
Licensed architect preferred
Strong understanding of building systems
Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD
Organized and confident in client and consultant interactions
