What you'll be doing:
Supporting project teams through design development, documentation, and coordination
Producing architectural drawings and construction documents
Preparing filing sets and documentation for NYC agencies
Creating presentation and graphic materials for internal and client use
Assisting with construction administration tasks such as site visits, surveys, and inspections
Researching materials, building systems, and products
Helping maintain digital libraries and standard details across Revit and CAD
Collaborating closely with architects, engineers, and consultants to keep projects on track
What we're looking for:
1-5 years of professional experience in an architecture firm
Hands on experience with NYC based projects
Strong proficiency in Revit and solid AutoCAD skills
Good understanding of construction drawings and documentation workflows
Familiarity with NYC Building Code, zoning regulations, and IBC
Experience using Adobe Creative Suite
Comfort working with x refs, layers, and file organization
Rhino experience is a plus, including 3D modeling and rendering
Physical model making experience is helpful but not required
Master’s degree in Architecture preferred
Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset
