What you'll be doing:
Work with clients to define project goals, scope, and design direction
Develop and evaluate multiple design solutions
Prepare presentation materials, project documentation, and construction drawings
Ensure designs meet code requirements and coordinate with regulatory bodies
Support project planning, schedules, and budgets
Research precedents, standards, and best practices for projects
Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants
Participate in proposals, client presentations, and agency approvals
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members
Assist with construction-phase services, including meetings, reviews, and site observations
Maintain quality control and technical accuracy across deliverables

Strong architectural experience, with a focus on healthcare or industrial projects
Strong collaborative skills and ability to work effectively in a team
Experience managing design development, construction documentation, and client interactions
Knowledge of codes, regulations, and industry standards
Ability to support project planning, budgeting, and scheduling
