A bit about you:
PE license required
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field
5+ years of experience in structural engineering, ideally in parking structures or concrete restoration
Strong understanding of structural analysis and repair design for garages and similar facilities
Proficiency in design and analysis software such as AutoCAD, Revit, ETABS, or RISA
Ability to lead inspections, write reports, and coordinate repair or restoration plans with clients and contractors
A bit about tasks:
Perform structural inspections and evaluations of parking structures to identify deficiencies and recommend repair strategies
Design structural repair and restoration plans, including preparation of construction documents and specifications
Collaborate with architects, contractors, and clients throughout all project phases
Conduct construction administration duties, including site visits, submittal reviews, and responding to RFIs
Ensure projects comply with local building codes, ADA guidelines, and industry standards
