Lead the design and management of electrical systems, including power distribution, backup power, lighting, grounding, and communications
Perform load flow, short circuit, protection coordination, and arc flash studies
Review vendor drawings and submittals, supervise installations, and support commissioning
Mentor junior engineers and review team designs for accuracy and quality
Collaborate closely with mechanical, plumbing, fire protection, and architectural partners
Contribute to project planning, budgeting, and risk management
Provide technical input for proposals and business development efforts

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) required
Minimum of 10 years’ experience in healthcare, mission-critical, or commercial building environments
Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, BIM/Revit, and relevant design or calculation software
Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
