A bit about you:
Minimum of 4 years as a Project Manager with a commercial General Contractor
Experience managing commercial projects with values ranging from $5M-$30M+
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and Procore
Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and client relationships
Comprehensive understanding of construction documents, including project plans, specifications, and shop drawings

Develop and manage project plans and schedules, ensuring milestones are met and adjusting as needed
Oversee project budgets, control costs, and manage financial risks to achieve profitability goals
Act as the primary client contact and lead project teams to ensure clear communication and expectations
