Project Engineer, Land Development

A bit about you:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering

  • NC PE or ability to acquire NC PE quickly through reciprocity.

  • AutoCAD 2016 Civil 3D experience

  • Experience with hydraulic and hydrologic modeling software, such as Hydraflow and StormCAD

  • Strong technical competency and the ability to communicate effectively with team members and clients

  • A valid driver’s license and an acceptable motor vehicle

A bit about tasks:

  • Provide technical and design services in support of land development projects

  • Regularly report to the Project Manager and Operations Manager on project progress

  • Conduct preliminary due diligence evaluations, prepare reports, produce design and construction drawings, technical specifications, and permit submittals

  • Manage multiple project tasks simultaneously, ensuring they stay within the allocated time and budget

  • Coordinate with regulatory agencies to ensure compliance with local regulations and guidelines

  • Mentor and support junior engineers and team members
