Strong technical skills as well as the ability to interface with clients
Consult with client to determine project scope, requirements, budget and timeline
Generate work plans, fee proposals and project schedules in response to client’s request
Develop and execute contracts
Establish both quantitative and qualitative goals and objectives for each project
Foster a collaborative work environment
Provide direction, technical advice and guidance for the development of the project including the construction documents, coordination with consultants
Provide training, support and mentoring to team members, as well as participating in professional development reviews
Develop and maintain positive relationships with teammates, consultants, contractors and agencies
Develop relationships with clients and identify opportunities
