Lead site analysis, grading, and utility layout for civil land development projects
Develop plans for stormwater management, erosion control, and roadway infrastructure
Interpret topographic data and perform site due diligence
Use AutoCAD Civil 3D to create accurate site layouts and infrastructure designs
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure regulatory compliance and timely approvals
Prepare and submit plans, calculations, and supporting documents to local and state agencies

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
Engineer Intern (EI) certification required; PE license preferred or on track
5+ years of experience in civil site design
Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and familiarity with North Carolina permitting processes
Strong communication and coordination skills to work across disciplines
