  • Offers a range of services to a diverse client base across Texas

  • Focused on expanding their Assessments Team to better serve client needs

A bit about you:

  • Ideally holds a 4-year professional degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction, or related field

  • 5-10 years of experience conducting assessments and inspections of buildings

  • Experience in property condition assessments (PCAs) is highly desirable

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage physical and human resources effectively

  • Proven ability to act as a primary client interface

  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams

A bit about tasks:

  • Conduct on-site building assessments and inspections

  • Plan and manage resources for assessment projects

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication throughout the project lifecycle

  • Engage in and organize both physical and human resources to deliver thorough assessments

  • Support clients by providing insights and recommendations on building maintenance and upkeep
