Call me crazy, but I moved to London from Australia in 2023, and after a few years working in hospitality, I decided to switch to recruitment to follow my passion for people, creating opportunities that genuinely impact their careers and, ultimately, their lives.

After two years in agency recruitment, I made the switch to internal talent acquisition because I wanted to really get behind a company I love and watch the people I bring in grow and thrive. TYG instantly felt like the perfect fit. I get to help grow an amazing business while championing values that line up perfectly with my own.

My goal at TYG is to keep up the positive, supportive environment we have created and to make the learning experience approachable, engaging, and genuinely helpful for anyone joining us.

When I’m not busy finding the best people to join our team, you’ll usually catch me exploring London’s food scene, listening to tune after tune, or chasing whatever sunshine (usually not a lot) the city decides to offer.
