I’m an Associate Consultant at TYG, specialising in recruiting top MEP engineering talent across the US. I originally studied Religion, Theology, and Philosophy at university and was drawn to recruitment because it aligns with my values and gives me the chance to connect with so many great people.

Recruitment lets me use my interpersonal skills to meet real needs in the US employment market while working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. For me, it’s all about listening, understanding, and helping you find the right fit. After our homes, the workplace is where we spend most of our time, and it’s important to me that you are happy there.
