I recruit within Building Diagnostics and Forensics at TYG, supporting clients across the Midwest and Northwest US. I was drawn to TYG because of the culture, the people, and the opportunity to grow within a genuinely collaborative business.

What interests me about diagnostics and forensics is that it’s all about understanding why things go wrong, how to put them right, and helping to preserve buildings rather than replace them. I enjoy supporting candidates into roles where they can have that kind of impact, while also helping clients strengthen their teams with people who genuinely understand the technical and investigative nature of this work. Building real relationships on both sides is what makes this industry so rewarding for me.

Outside of work, you’ll usually find me on the hockey pitch playing in the London Premier League or making the most of London with friends.
