After completing my history degree, I realised my real passion lay in understanding people - their motivations, ambitions, and the decisions that shape their careers. That naturally led me into recruitment, where I could combine relationship building with helping others.

Now at TYG, I specialise in placing MEP professionals across the Northeast United States. I enjoy the fast paced nature of the industry and the opportunity to make an impact in helping companies find the right people to drive their projects forward and supporting candidates in their next career move. I take pride in being reliable and honest in how I work, with the central aim of adding real value on both sides of the hiring process.

Outside of work, I enjoy travelling, staying active and trying out new food spots. I like to keep things balanced as it helps me to stay focused and grounded.
