A bit about you:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering (or related field)
PE license (Professional Engineer)
10+ years of progressive experience in water/wastewater design and project leadership
Proven track record in business development, proposals, and contract negotiation
Strong knowledge of pipelines, pump stations, treatment systems, and utility planning
Passion for mentoring and growing high-performing teams
Excellent client engagement, leadership, and communication skills
A bit about tasks:
Lead and grow the water/wastewater practice in Houston or Austin
Drive business development and secure new project work across public/private sectors
Oversee design and delivery of complex infrastructure projects
Provide strategic guidance and mentorship to engineering staff
Manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
Represent the firm at industry events to boost visibility and market presence
Ensure technical quality, regulatory compliance, and client satisfaction
