A bit about you:
5–10 years of experience in civil site design and land development
Proficient with Civil 3D, Bluebeam (BV), and US-3D software
Strong drafting and technical production skills
Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities

Develop and produce detailed civil site designs for private land development projects
Create construction documents and support the permitting process
Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and design staff to ensure high-quality deliverables
Work on a mix of commercial, residential, and mixed-use developments
Adapt to shifting project needs while maintaining technical accuracy and efficiency
