A bit about you:
8+ years as a Superintendent with a commercial general contractor
Field experience with commercial project values of $5M-$30M+ (ideally in Grocery or Big Box Retail)
Clear understanding of documentation and processes between owner, architect, and contractor
Strong communication and leadership skills
Ability to read and understand construction documents, including project plans, specifications, and shop drawings
A bit about tasks:
Oversee daily site operations and manage construction schedules to meet deadlines
Lead and supervise construction workers and subcontractors, ensuring quality and safety standards
Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment in compliance with OSHA regulations
Monitor construction quality to ensure all work aligns with project specifications and industry standards
Identify and resolve issues that arise during construction, such as delays or resource shortages
