Experience in commercial and industrial projects is strongly preferred
Strong leadership and team management abilities
Ability to oversee complex project schedules and budgets
Detail-oriented with a commitment to safety, quality, and efficiency

Oversee day-to-day field operations to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards
Lead and coordinate subcontractors and field teams
Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with project specifications
Track progress and resolve issues to minimize delays and costs
Communicate regularly with project managers and stakeholders to provide status updates
