A bit about you:
4+ years of experience in the construction industry
Strong expertise in base building/ground-up construction
Multifamily construction experience is a must
Strong communication and coordination skills with cross-functional teams
Highly organized with the ability to deliver projects on or ahead of schedule
Strong negotiation skills to help manage budgets effectively
A bit about tasks:
Help manage project timelines and mitigate potential delays to ensure on-time completion
Collaborate with the Project Manager to maintain an accurate, up-to-date project schedule
Build and maintain positive subcontractor relationships with professionalism and fairness
Understand and exceed client expectations by recognizing their needs, preferences, and culture
