What you'll be doing:
Coordinate with field employees including foremen, field engineers, and assistant superintendents
Manage subcontractor activities and supervise their foremen
Assist in creating and updating project schedules
Monitor daily site inspections and implement quality control programs
Handle temporary construction materials and equipment needs, including procurement and scheduling
Conduct safety inspections, lead weekly toolbox talks, and ensure compliance with MSDS requirements
Oversee field office operations, including daily reports, timesheets, purchase orders, and drawing management
What we're looking for:
Proven experience managing construction site teams on complex projects
Strong organizational skills and ability to coordinate multiple subcontractors and trades
Knowledge of construction schedules and quality control procedures
Commitment to safety and proactive problem-solving
