We’re looking for a Superintendent to join a national commercial contractor in Atlanta, GA that specializes in hospitality renovations. With over 20 years of experience, this Georgia based firm is known for delivering high quality hotel projects on time with a strong focus on guest experience and client satisfaction.
What you'll be doing:
Oversee daily on-site operations, ensuring renovation activities remain on schedule and within budget
Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and construction crews
Conduct regular inspections to ensure work adheres to quality standards and safety regulations
Communicate project progress and issues effectively to project managers and stakeholders
Manage material deliveries, ensuring proper use and storage on-site
What we're looking for:
3–5 years of experience in hotel renovation or interior construction
Ability to travel as part of a nationwide contractor team
Experience with Procore and Excel is a strong plus
