Strong commitment to high-quality project outcomes and client satisfaction, building strong relationships in the commercial real estate sector
A bit about you:
4 years minimum as a Superintendent, working for a commercial general contractor
Field experience with Interiors/Tenant Fit-Out projects up to $5m
Clear understanding of the documentation and processes between the owner, architect, and contractor
Strong communication & leadership skills
Ability to read and understand construction documents including project plans, specifications, and shop drawings
A bit about tasks:
Oversee daily site operations and manage the construction schedule to meet deadlines
Lead and supervise construction workers and subcontractors, ensuring quality and safety standards are met
Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment in compliance with OSHA regulations
Monitor construction quality and ensure all work aligns with project specifications and industry standards
Identify and resolve issues that arise during construction, such as delays or resource shortages
