Their Birmingham studio is growing, and they’re looking for a senior leader who can drive projects forward, guide a talented team, and partner with the Principal to shape the studio’s direction.
What you'll be doing:
Leading and managing a range of urban, commercial, and community-based landscape architecture projects
Partnering with the Principal to define and refine design direction
Overseeing schedules, budgets, client relationships, and consultant coordination
Mentoring and supporting junior and mid-level team members
Contributing to studio operations to keep projects running smoothly
Championing design excellence from concept through construction administration
What we're looking for:
Licensed Landscape Architect (PLA strongly preferred)
10+ years of professional experience with proven project leadership
Strong design sensibility backed by a portfolio of built urban, commercial, and public realm work
Experience managing complex projects from concept to completion
Confident communicator with excellent client-facing skills
Collaborative leader with a passion for mentoring and developing emerging talent
