What you'll be doing:
Design and analyze structures for commercial, cultural, and high-rise projects
Collaborate with architects, contractors, and consultants
Produce design calculations, drawings, and technical specs
Support construction admin, including site visits and RFIs
Take part in internal QA reviews and improve design tools
Mentor junior team members and assist in project delivery
What we're looking for:
Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
Skilled in steel, concrete, and post-tensioned design
Proficiency with ETABS, SAP2000, RAM, or RISA
EIT required; PE or SE preferred or in progress
Clear communicator with strong collaboration skills
Bonus if you’ve worked on sustainable or performance-based design
