What you'll be doing:
Lead and manage structural engineering projects from concept through construction
Design and detail efficient, code-compliant structural systems
Develop and sustain strong client relationships and contribute to business development
Manage budgets, schedules, and team coordination to ensure project excellence
What we're looking for:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master’s preferred)
Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) or Structural Engineer (SE)
5+ years of experience in structural engineering, with increasing leadership responsibilities
Proficient in BIM/Revit and confident managing multidisciplinary project teams
Excellent communicator with a strong track record in client relationship building and project delivery
