Senior Technology Designer

What you'll be doing:
Design structured cabling, AV, security, nurse call, intelligent building systems, and more
Manage full project lifecycle from concept to completion
Mentor junior designers and lead quality reviews
Coordinate closely with MEP teams, architects, and clients
Develop construction documents in Revit and write technical specs
Support contract administration including site visits and submittals
Stay current on emerging tech through vendor collaboration and industry events
What we're looking for:
5+ years’ experience designing and managing complex building tech systems
RCDD certification (required)
Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering or related discipline (preferred)
Proficiency with Revit
Familiarity with key codes/standards (TIA, BICSI, IEEE, NFPA, AVIXA, ASIS)
Excellent communication skills with a collaborative mindset
Strong project management and quality control experience
Ability to travel as needed
