What you'll be doing:
Oversee daily site operations and manage construction schedules to ensure deadlines are met
Lead and supervise construction workers and subcontractors while maintaining quality and safety standards
Implement and enforce OSHA-compliant safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment
Monitor construction quality to ensure work aligns with project specifications and industry standards
Identify and resolve construction issues, including delays and resource shortages
What we're looking for:
Minimum of 10 years’ experience as a Senior Superintendent or Superintendent
Experience managing commercial projects valued between $50 million and $150 million
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Project or Procore
Ability to meet tight deadlines with a high degree of accuracy
Excellent communication skills and proven leadership ability
