What you'll be doing:
Lead performance-based seismic design and renovation projects
Manage peer review processes for complex structural designs
Coordinate closely with architects and consultants across disciplines
Mentor engineers and review design drawings and calculations
Ensure compliance with codes, standards, and client expectations
What we're looking for:
Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering (required); Master’s preferred
Licensed Structural Engineer (S.E.) with 6+ years of experience
Strong background in performance-based seismic design and renovations
Familiarity with LATB, ASCE 41, or equivalent evaluation methods
Experience managing peer review and leading project teams
Comfortable coordinating across commercial, residential, and healthcare sectors
Willing to travel locally and occasionally nationwide as needed
