What you'll be doing:
Lead and manage structural engineering projects from design to completion
Provide technical guidance and oversight for project teams
Collaborate with architects, developers, and contractors to develop innovative structural solutions
Oversee and review structural calculations, drawings, and specifications
Ensure compliance with local, state, and national building codes and regulations
Build and maintain client relationships, with opportunities to support business development efforts
What we're looking for:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Architectural Engineering with an emphasis on Structures
9+ years of experience in structural engineering
Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously
Strong technical background with engineering principles
Demonstrated leadership experience, including mentoring and managing junior engineers
Previous experience in business development or a strong desire to develop those skills in the future
Excellent communication and organizational skills
