Senior Safety Manager

What you'll be doing:
Develop, implement, and oversee company-wide safety programs and site specific safety plans
Ensure compliance with OSHA, local regulations, and internal safety protocols
Conduct risk assessments, site audits, and root cause analyses
Facilitate engaging safety trainings, toolbox talks, and incident debriefs
Collaborate with superintendents, project managers, and concrete crews to proactively mitigate hazards
Serve as the go-to expert for all things safety, from preconstruction planning to project closeout
What we're looking for:
Proven track record of managing safety across commercial, industrial, or multifamily job sites
Expertise 8+ years of construction safety experience, preferably with a GC that self-performs
Knowledge of OSHA 1926 standards and construction safety best practices
CHST, CSP, or other safety certifications highly preferred
Ability to travel to multiple project sites as needed
