What you'll be doing:
Develop and manage project plans and schedules, monitoring progress and adjusting as needed
Create and oversee project budgets, control costs, and manage financial risks
Serve as the primary client contact and lead project teams to ensure clear communication
Enforce quality standards, manage risks, and monitor safety compliance
Maintain project records and oversee procurement and supply chain management
What we're looking for:
Minimum of 10 years’ experience as a Senior or Project Manager
Experience managing commercial projects valued between $50 and $150 million
Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Project, or Procore
Ability to meet tight deadlines with high accuracy
Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills
