What you'll be doing:


  • Lead projects of varying scope from concept through completion

  • Serve as the primary client contact and ensure quality, budget, and schedule goals are met

  • Develop project specific management plans, man hour budgets, and staffing strategies

  • Coordinate with design teams, stakeholders, and internal disciplines for cohesive delivery

  • Oversee project invoicing, monitor financial performance, and manage receivables

  • Prepare and implement quality assurance and quality control plans and ensure accurate documentation and communication throughout the project lifecycle



What we're looking for:


  • Technical or bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline

  • PE license (Professional Engineer)

  • 10 or more years of experience managing projects in an architecture or engineering environment

  • Experience with healthcare building design is preferred

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

  • Strong knowledge of engineering practices, project planning, and systems design
