What you'll be doing:


  • Lead structural engineering projects across a range of materials including steel concrete masonry and wood

  • Oversee condition assessments design development and construction administration for rehabilitation and retrofit projects

  • Manage project scope schedules budgets and client communications from start to finish

  • Coordinate with architects consultants contractors and internal teams to ensure seamless delivery

  • Mentor junior staff and contribute to talent development across the team

  • Support business development initiatives and help build long-term client relationships

  • Write and present technical reports that clearly communicate design intent and project findings



What we're looking for:


  • 10+ years experience in structural engineering with an emphasis on building rehabilitation and adaptive reuse

  • Master’s degree in civil or structural engineering

  • PE license required and SE license preferred

  • Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage teams and guide clients

  • Proficiency with structural analysis software including ETABS SAP RISA RAM and SAFE

  • Proven ability to oversee projects with attention to quality efficiency and collaboration
