What you'll be doing:
Lead structural engineering projects across a range of materials including steel concrete masonry and wood
Oversee condition assessments design development and construction administration for rehabilitation and retrofit projects
Manage project scope schedules budgets and client communications from start to finish
Coordinate with architects consultants contractors and internal teams to ensure seamless delivery
Mentor junior staff and contribute to talent development across the team
Support business development initiatives and help build long-term client relationships
Write and present technical reports that clearly communicate design intent and project findings
What we're looking for:
10+ years experience in structural engineering with an emphasis on building rehabilitation and adaptive reuse
Master’s degree in civil or structural engineering
PE license required and SE license preferred
Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage teams and guide clients
Proficiency with structural analysis software including ETABS SAP RISA RAM and SAFE
Proven ability to oversee projects with attention to quality efficiency and collaboration
