Senior Project Manager / Team Lead

They’re growing and want a Senior Project Manager who’s hands on and ready to lead on diverse site and civil engineering work.
What you'll be doing:
• Leading site and civil engineering design from concept through construction
• Overseeing a mix of land development projects across sectors like real estate, healthcare, higher education, parks, and local government
• Mentoring junior engineers and supporting their technical growth
• Managing project schedules, budgets, and deliverables
• Handling QA and QC processes to maintain consistency and accuracy
• Coordinating with internal teams, clients, and permitting authorities
• Reviewing engineering plans, specs, and permit documents
• Attending and leading client and agency meetings
• Supporting business development by identifying opportunities and contributing to proposals
What we're looking for:
• Licensed PE in North Carolina
• Eight or more years of experience in site and civil engineering, land development, and project management
• Skilled in grading, stormwater, utilities, and site layout
• Experience leading teams and mentoring junior staff
• Strong communicator with client-facing experience
• Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D, Microsoft Project, and Office Suite
• GIS experience is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s preferred)
