What you'll be doing:
Lead the design and engineering for plumbing and fire protection systems on commercial and institutional projects
Work closely with architects, contractors, and other engineers to ensure designs are executed efficiently and to code
Oversee the preparation of construction documents, specifications, and cost estimates
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery of projects
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineers and design teams
What we're looking for:
10+ years of experience in plumbing and fire protection engineering, with a strong focus on commercial and institutional projects
Expertise in code compliance, system design, and project management
Strong leadership skills and experience working with cross-functional teams
Excellent communication skills with clients, contractors, and internal teams
Ability to manage and mentor junior engineers, ensuring quality and accuracy in designs
Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
