Senior Mission Critical Electrical - Project Manager
About the company:
The firm operates within the electrical construction sector, focusing on large-scale data center and mission critical work. They’re working across a number of projects in Boise and expanding their presence in the area. They’re now looking to add a Project Manager to support this expansion and help lead projects locally.
What you'll be doing:
Lead electrical construction projects from early planning through final handover
Oversee safety, schedule, budget, and overall project quality
Manage contracts, scopes of work, and project setup
Coordinate field teams, labor planning, and scheduling
Build and track project budgets, estimates, and financial performance
Handle documentation like submittals, RFIs, and closeout materials
Manage procurement and work closely with subcontractors
Track progress, production, and key project milestones
Monitor cost control, billing, forecasting, and change orders
Keep communication clear between clients, field teams, and internal stakeholders
Support other projects or team needs when required
What we're looking for:
Solid background in electrical construction
5+ years in construction project management
A degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or something similar
Experience working on data centers, hyperscale, or other mission critical projects
Comfortable leading teams and keeping projects organized
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Familiar with Microsoft Office and common construction management tools
Able to build good working relationships with clients and subcontractors
Self-driven and able to stay on top of multiple moving parts
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Open to travel depending on project needs
