What you'll be doing:
Lead the design of mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection
Develop construction documents, including detailed drawings, specifications, and cost estimates
Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other engineering disciplines to ensure project success
Manage project schedules and budgets, ensuring projects are completed on time and within financial parameters
Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure quality and compliance with designs
What we're looking for:
5-10 years of experience in mechanical engineering, with a focus on commercial and institutional projects
Expertise in HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection system design
Strong understanding of mechanical codes, regulations, and industry standards
Proficient with design software such as Revit, AutoCAD, and other engineering tools
Proven track record of managing projects and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
