What you'll be doing:
Lead mechanical engineering efforts on projects of various sizes from initial concept through construction completion
Supervise and mentor junior staff, guiding both technical development and career growth
Manage project timelines, deliverables, and client communications to ensure success
Coordinate closely with other in-house disciplines for integrated project solutions
Provide technical oversight and ensure high-quality engineering deliverables
Represent the firm in client meetings and uphold professional standards across all engagements
What we're looking for:
Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline
PE license (Professional Engineer) required
10+ years of experience in an A/E consulting environment
Demonstrated success managing projects and leading teams
Strong technical expertise in mechanical systems and awareness of related fields
