Licensed Professional Engineer (PE)
Experienced in leading mechanical design across a variety of complex building projects
Strong collaborator who thrives in multidisciplinary teams and fast-paced environments
Comfortable mentoring junior team members and guiding technical development
Skilled communicator, able to present technical concepts to a range of audiences
Engaged with the industry and active in local professional associations
A bit about tasks:
Lead mechanical engineering design efforts for a diverse portfolio of building projects
Coordinate closely with other disciplines and project managers to drive project delivery
Mentor and support engineering staff, helping shape the future of the Dallas team
Write and present reports for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Contribute to client relationships, quality assurance, and commercial success of projects
