At least 10 years of experience required
A PE license is a must
Proven experience in business development is mandatory

Conduct detailed engineering calculations and analysis for system performance
Lead projects from concept through to production, ensuring timelines and budgets are met
Oversee testing and validation of mechanical systems to ensure compliance with specifications
Develop and maintain technical documentation, including reports and schematics
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate mechanical solutions into larger systems
Ensure designs adhere to industry standards, codes, and safety regulations
