A bit about you:
Licensed Landscape Architect in the state of Texas
Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture or Urban Planning from an accredited university
10+ years of professional experience in landscape architecture
Experienced with construction documentation and cross-disciplinary coordination
Comfortable developing cost estimates, field reports, and basic proposals
Strong understanding of construction administration and methods
Proficient in current CAD and design software
A bit about tasks:
Lead small to medium-sized landscape architecture projects from design through documentation
Prepare full construction document sets across multiple disciplines
Manage project staffing and scheduling to ensure profitability and quality
Coordinate with internal teams (including survey and design) and external consultants
Support construction administration with site visits and field reports
