Senior Landscape Architect/Project Lead

You'll join a collaborative team where projects don't stop at the drawing board. You'll see your ideas progress from early concepts through technical design and ultimately into built spaces across some of the city's most challenging urban environments.
What you'll be doing:
Lead landscape projects from concept through construction
Design rooftop gardens, terraces, plazas and courtyards
Work on waterfront and outdoor amenity spaces
Present concepts and design solutions directly to clients
Develop construction documents, planting plans and technical details
Coordinate drainage, waterproofing, irrigation and structural requirements
Work closely with architects, developers, engineers and contractors
Visit project sites and resolve field conditions during construction
Mentor junior designers and support their technical development
Collaborate with internal construction and estimating teams to keep projects buildable and on budget
What we're looking for:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture
Strong portfolio of creative design and completed built work
Experience delivering technically complex urban landscape projects
Background designing rooftops, terraces, podiums or mixed-use developments
Strong understanding of planting, hardscape and landscape construction
Knowledge of drainage, irrigation and waterproofing coordination
Proficiency with AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite
Experience with SketchUp, Rhino, Lumion or similar software
Strong client communication and project management skills
Comfortable managing multiple projects and multidisciplinary teams
