What you'll be doing:
Lead the prebid process, attend meetings, share documents, and help run bid day
Keep the subcontractor and supplier database up to date
Build and maintain relationships with trade partners through plan services and trade organizations
Manage bid solicitations and track subcontractors
Prepare turnover documents for the project management team
What we're looking for:
Minimum 3 years estimating experience with a commercial general contractor
Experience on commercial projects valued between $5 million and $30 million or more
K-12 project experience is a strong plus
Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Project, and/or Procore
Strong communication and organizational skills
